Summary

Clonakilty’s current Port Cask is a 43.6% blended Irish whiskey that marries Clonakilty-distilled Single Pot Still whiskey with Single Grain whiskey from ex-bourbon barrels and ex-Port casks from Portugal’s Douro Valley. It is fruit-forward and gently spicy, with apple, peach, cherry and raisin balanced by vanilla and a chocolate-tinged finish.
