Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks, it offers a balanced profile of dark fruits, honey, spice, and subtle peat smoke.

Nose: Peach, apricot, dried orange peel, vanilla fudge with a nutty flavour.

Palate: Rich soft stone fruits, honey and lots of lemon and citrus, a hint of sea salt and an oaky undertone.

Finish: Warm, lingering walnuts, caramel and cinammon.
