BEARFACE Wilderness Series 02 Mitlenatch Island is a no-age-statement Canadian single-grain corn whisky, released at 42.5% ABV. It is elementally aged in French-oak ex-Chardonnay and alligator-charred ex-Burgundy casks, then proofed with distilled water collected from artisan salt makers on Canada’s Pacific coast; the resulting profile is smooth, moderately sweet, lightly smoky and coastal.
