Tasting Notes

Nose: Cedar and mahogany, with nuts and dried fruit.

Palate: Fig jam and roasted pecans, followed by dark chocolate.

Finish: Dried figs with a touch of white pepper.

Summary

Fruitful Spirits bottled this 21-year-old blended Scotch as cask 27, non-chill-filtered, from a single sherry butt. Every component is at least 21 years old; the blend was put together in 2019 by master blender Kirsteen Campbell and left to marry in the butt before bottling. Its character is wood-led, nutty and dried-fruit-rich, moving into fig and dark chocolate.
