Summary
Stauning HØST is a Danish, no-age-statement double malt marrying single malt with malted rye whisky, bottled at 40.5% ABV and unfiltered. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks and heavily charred new American oak, with a small share of first-fill Port barriques; the style is smooth, fruit-forward, floral and easy sipping.
