Jaywalk Rye Small Batch is New York Distilling Company’s 92-proof straight rye, distilled in New York from Horton Heirloom Rye and organic Field Race Rye grown in the Finger Lakes; its mash also includes New York corn and malted barley. Blending six-, seven-, and eight-year-old whiskey, it is a fruit-led rye with caramel and spice and a dry, spicy close.
