Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times will vary based on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • UK Standard Delivery: Typically 2-4 business days after dispatch.

  • UK Express Delivery: Typically 1-2 business days after dispatch.

  • USA Delivery: Tyically 1-2 weeks. We use a specialist agent that will clear the goods through US customs. Once cleared, we will issue you with UPS tracking details.

  • International Delivery: Usually via DHL. Delivery times vary by country but generally range from 7-14 business days. Please note that customs processing can sometimes cause delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. We strive to provide the most competitive rates.


Personalised Orders & Hampers

If your order includes a personalised message or logo, or is a hamper delivered directly to the recipient, please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. Our hampers are specially designed to arrive in perfect condition without the use of shredded paper.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For UK and US orders, all duty and tax is included in the price, however, for all other international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be levied by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost. In the event that you do not pay the relevant tax when contact by the shipping agent, we will refund your order, upon receipt of the goods, minus the cost of retrieval.  We recommend you contact your local customs office for information on these fees.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If a package is lost in transit, please notify us after the expected delivery time has passed so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
