Summary

A Whisky With Us independent bottling of 16-year-old Lowland single grain Scotch whisky from Girvan, filled straight from the cask and bottled at 48% ABV. Girvan grain is the backbone of countless blends; on its own, with 16 years in oak, it is soft, sweet and creamy.

Interesting Facts

  • Girvan was built by William Grant & Sons on the Ayrshire coast in 1963, going from first sod to first spirit in nine months, so that Grant's would never again run short of grain whisky.
  • It runs column stills rather than pot stills, and Hendrick's Gin is made on the same site.
