Palate: Full and rich, with an intense chocolate fudge middle, marmalade, warming spice and oak; gentle peat underpins the fruit.
Finish: Long, with lingering fruit and spice, dry oak and dry peat.
Summary
A 50% ABV, NAS Indian single malt from Amrut Distilleries in Bengaluru, Fusion marries whisky made from Indian barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas with whisky made from peated Scottish barley. It is a rich, fruit-led and gently smoky style, balancing citrus, chocolate fudge, spice and oak rather than heavy peat.
